To ensure safety on the platform, we use Stripe Identity to validate your identity via passport or driver's license when selling a horse. Your ID documents are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored by Next Equine.
2. Manual Listing Control
Every single listing on Next Equine undergoes a manual approval process. We check images, videos, and descriptions to ensure they meet our quality standards and to catch suspicious behavior before the listing goes live.
3. Secure Payment
All transactions for services on the platform (Premium listings, AI reports, etc.) are handled via Stripe, one of the world's leading payment providers. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our own servers.
4. Data Protection
All communication on the website is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS), which is the industry standard for secure data transfer. Your private data and your interactions with our AI are protected by strict access controls and monitoring to prevent unauthorized access.
Reporting Suspicious Behavior
If you experience anything suspicious, we ask you to report it immediately via the "Report" button or by contacting our support directly. We investigate all inquiries within 24 hours.
